This past weekend on our way back from a fun weekend up in Black Butte with John and family we stopped at Crater lake. It is actually only about 1.5 hours from our house. We couldn't have picked a more beautiful day. It was so gorgeous and peaceful there. I'm glad we got to go see it, because apparently Crater Lake receives over 500 inches of snow each year. Yikes!
